Nishant Chand has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. From a young age, he knew he wanted to build something of his own — something meaningful, something lasting. While he didn’t always know exactly how it would come together, he was determined to find a way.

Throughout his early years, Nishant was driven by a desire to create opportunity — not just for himself, but for others. He has always believed in helping where he can, building strong relationships and contributing positively to the community around him.

Although traditional schooling was not where he thrived the most, his strongest growth happened outside the classroom — through real-world experience, self-education, discipline and vision. He developed a powerful mindset centred on long-term thinking, persistence and continuous improvement.

Atlantis Recruitment Brisbane was built on that foundation.

Nishant’s goal is not only to service Southeast Queensland, but to build meaningful recruitment partnerships that extend beyond borders. His long-term vision is to grow Atlantis Recruitment Brisbane internationally — delivering a professional, relationship-driven “Aussie” recruitment experience to clients across the globe.
